ABOUT
WHO I AM:
Communication, loyalty, and strong relationships are the three values that I keep at my core. My values are what ensure I continuously create, maintain, and strengthen my network across Canada, many of which are tied to my background, and passion for sports. I am a retired international trampolinist that believes sport is fundamental in building strong relationships, and gaining other life skills like stress-, and time-management. Sports are what made me the high energy, inspiring, and supporting person I am today, as I continue to support my teammates, coworkers and peers.
WHAT I DO BEST:
I am an excellent team member for managing staff and volunteers. Under tight deadlines and moments of high stress, I am excellent at maintaining a level head and adapting to the changing environment. My facilitation skills are products of my creative approach to projects and aided by my skills in task prioritization and time management. I am comfortable with asking questions when I need clarification and conducting research to execute the best strategies. I look at difficult situations as challenges with solutions.
MY PASSION:
I am passionate about doing what I can to make the world better. My actions may not be world-changing, but I aim to empower and inspire the people closest to me, to create the change they want to see in their own world.
OBJECTIVE:
My objective is to leverage existing qualities, introduce new opportunities, innovate outdated strategies, and strive for excellence to lead my team and myself to success.
